Cafe Frappe!!

Miss d gud old Cafe Coffee Day dayss....*Sigh! I wud just go there to drink my Fav Cafe Frappe wit Vanilla Scoop! Ah! heavenly even when I think of d creamy slurpy taste of the cold coffee wit d scoop of vanilla to go wit it....

Its almost been 4 months dat Im here n was terribly missing my Frappe dis evening n decided to give it a shot! n amazing I almost whipped wit a nice frothy frappe for myself n Nikhil....

It was yummy n d moment i took my first sip i was like mmmmmmmmm.............. the most Or*****c mmmmmmmmm in a couple of days. (those who know me wil know wat mmm im talking about).

The prep time was 5 mins at the max n serves 2.

Ingredients -

Milk 1 cup

Sugar

Coffee powder (Bru or nescafe)

Vanilla & chocolate icecream

Step 1 - Take 1 cup of milk n pour it into d blender along wit sugar as per ur taste n coffee (remember to add less sugar as icecream wil be alse be der n its should be a light coffee) Now use the frappe option in d blender n just whisk it for a second.

Step 2 - add a scoop of vanilla and a scoop of chocolate ice cream n blend for a second again. (not necessary to add both d flavours u can stick to one or use ur imagination n try d various other flavours too)

Step 3 - Pour out in a nice glass n if required u can add another scoop of icecream of ur choice in here. I avoided the additional scoop as it wil be too heavy.

N volaaaa..... ur frappe is ready n tastes creamy n nice n thick!!

Offlate have been bitten by dis cooking bug n now i spend considerable time in d kitchen trying to make new experimrnts. most of dem have been successful n yeah some of dem...................... ya toh namak jayaada ya phir salt. have tried my hands on cooking d normal sambaar, rasam, shrimp fry, dahi vada, rice kheer, caramel custard, fruitsalad, mushroom fry, moong dal kheer, capsicum & lobster fried rice........... to thnk of at d moment

All i want in d end is a gudlooking n tasty dish, coz if d food dosent look gud i don like to eat it!!

I am a die hard cricket fan! n in dis god forsaken coutry called d US of A... people know nothing about cricket!! phew back home in India even an unborn child wil talk of cricket n kids just swing their bats calling themselves all time fav sachin or d current favs whoeve it is wit parents grinning ear to ear n showing off their son as d most smart n updated kid!
